I am a versatile resilience and development professional working at the interface of climate change, sustainable agriculture, DRM and sustainable development. Over a 17-year trajectory, I have worked to improve decision-making in support of resilient development and ecosystem management, covering the cycle of strategy development, program design, implementation and management, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning. I am in charge of Programme Management for Wetland International’s Ethiopia Country Office.
